In this way the enterprises and banks study intensively from each other. The studies are aimed to enable the enterprises/banks and the individuals to acquire knowledge in contemporary management so that by advancing their skills it will be carried out efficient realization of the strategic business and personal objectives.
The studies have two majors: finance and marketing.
The post graduate studies last two years and each module lasts two to three months. CMS are organized in a manner to enable the students to be present at work most of their working week’s time and simultaneously to implement directly the knowledge they have gained.
After finishing their studies the students will be granted a Master’s Diploma that was accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Macedonia and that is acknowledged in Europe.
CMS in Macedonia will be carried out under the organization headship of CISEF (Center of Management, Development and Training with the Faculty of Economy in Ljubljana). The studies in Macedonia will take place at the Multi Business Center of Skopje Fair being the regional organizer.

The investment into consortium postgraduate studies in the Republic of Slovenia is a regular practice among enterprises. This is proved by the continuous participation of companies such as GORENJE, KOLEKTOR, ISKRA with their students/employees in this kind of consortium. This is confirmed also by the fact that investment into the education of employees is one of the most significant elements to be the best in the market. |
